• Payment •

We accept credit cards for all shipped items, as well as US Postal Service Money Orders for items shipped domestically. Payment must be received no later than 7 days after placing your order. We accept cash only for items that are picked up.

• Packaging •

All items are packaged securely in padded envelopes or boxes with bubble wrap, packing peanuts, or other appropriate material. We reuse and recycle as much as possible to reduce the amount of packaging material in the waste stream.

• Shipping •

All shipping is via the US Postal Service.

For the US, literature is shipped via Media Mail. All other items are shipped via Priority Mail or Standard Post (formerly Parcel Post), depending on postal zone. Delivery Confirmation or Signature Confirmation is included in the shipping price, and the confirmation service used is specified in the item description. Insurance is included for items totaling $50 or more and for selected fragile items.

For international destinations, shipping is via Priority Mail International or First Class Package International. Insurance is included for items totaling $50 or more and for selected fragile items.

We will gladly combine shipping on 2 or more items and, when possible, adjust shipping cost for your postal zone. The shipping cost listed in the product descriptions is based on the farthest zone and can sometimes be significantly reduced depending on your location. Please contact us at foxshops@verizon.net with your selection of items AND your zip code BEFORE placing your order so that we can adjust the shipping charge.

We will make every effort to ship within one business day after payment clears (barring unforeseen emergencies, such as severe weather). You will be notified once your order has been shipped or if there is an unavoidable delay.

Shipping is to the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand only. Shipping address must match billing address. For other destinations, please contact us at foxshops@verizon.net for information.

• Pickup •

We will gladly meet for item pickup within 20 miles of Central Bucks County, Pennsylvania. This avoids shipping charges. Simply contact us at foxshops@verizon.net with your selection of items to arrange a time and location. Cash only for pickup.

• Cancellations •

We ask that you please make selections carefully, to avoid cancellations and changes to your order. If an item has been charged but not yet shipped, there is a 10% cancellation fee. If you have any questions about items or policies, please contact us at foxshops@verizon.net BEFORE placing an order.

We reserve the right to cancel any order.

• Refunds •

We are not able to offer returns, refunds, or credits after an item has shipped. All sales are final. If you have any questions about items or policies, please contact us at foxshops@verizon.net BEFORE placing an order.

• Privacy •

Your private information is used solely for the processing of your order. It will not be shared, sold, or viewed for any other purpose.
